The next Hanson Lake 3 Association Meeting will be determined in the near future. No meeting will be held in November.

Annual dues of $100 are due no later than March 31 of each year.
Lake Water Quality Management Special Assessment of $250 is due no later than June 1 of each year.
10% will be added monthly to all delinquent fees in addition to filing a lien.

Safety
- Current Safety Rules are available from on this website under Safety Rules.
- Lot owners must have a lake sticker and your lot number on your boat and/or jet ski or it will be an automatic 25.00 fine.  Contact a Board of Director or safety captain for sticker.  You must provide current boat registration and proof of insurance to get a sticker.
- Please be reminded that if you have a dock in the water it must have reflectors on the end of it.

Lake Water Quality Update: This photo was taken on Saturday, June 21, near lot 70 which is on the south side of the lake just outside the channel. As you can see, the core samples show the amount of silt that is making its way through the channel.
